My Covergirl Perfect Point Plus eyeliner is crap and wouldn't stay on my top lid at all. It would smear after I blinked one time. So after reading good reviews on Sephora's slim eyeliners, I went to buy one in black and white. They are only $4 each too (except that they are mini size).

My Thoughts:
Absolutely love it! It doesn't smudge or wear off during the day. It glides on smoothly and doesn't tug at my skin or anything. There are many many many different colors to choose from so I bet anyone can find something suitable for them. I bought the white one as well because I wanted to brighten up my eye a bit more. These don't stay on my waterline very well at all. It comes off in like... an hour or less. Recommended for the top and bottom lash lines... but not if you want something to line your waterline. Hope this was helpful!

Great review!! Too bad they don't stay well on the waterline though because that is mostly what I look for in a eyeliner. Maybe I'll check out the white one though cuz I've been wanting to try the brightening thing.
